Zynga Support Is Down! It's Time For A Face-Lift!

As I have been saying for a little while now: The Zynga support system is being switched over. And along with their new email response system and the fact they are clearly delegating more power to an automated system as we have noticed from Numerous Account Suspensions.

Now they're doing a complete overhaul on their support site. 


I was wondering why I have been essentially been ignored for the past 2 weeks since I first started getting those bizarre automated responses. And the fact that the live chat hasn't been available for me for almost a month now was also part of my suspicions. Well it's all confirmed now as you can see they are publicly displaying their overhaul now.

Well.. Hopefully the new structure will first of all make information more readily and easily available to the players and second, the support staff will be able to provide a correct and timely response on our issues rather than how it has been in the past. But only time will tell the tale!
