First off: The event has been extended and will end on 2/22/2011 at 11:59pm PST. And once again they have changed the way the bonuses are handed out from collecting your broken hearts from the free gifts. If you want to receive all of the bonuses you are entitled to you have to open the gifts one by one. Before the bonus popups would stack up and since there were a couple different popups you could receive a couple close the window and collect the bonuses. Now if there is a bonus popped up NO MORE BONUS windows will show up until you close that bonus window!
So you have to receive a broken heart, close the window, and accept your bonus, then repeat! It may be time consuming but if you want to ensure you get all of your broken hearts you are entitled to that is the only way!
Read the Full 411 From Zynga and remember that you are supposed to be able to receive 40 broken hearts through the free gift system and then 10 from fighting, 10 from robbing, and 10 from doing jobs! So if you are still not receiving the correct amount just Contact Zynga and they will compensate you for the difference..
I have gotten this bonus type almost every gift!!
