It's annoying when you want to get immediate support but that chat button isn't available on the support page. Well here's a nice and easy trick to get what you need.

• Load up Mafia Wars in Facebook and go to Account -> Support.

• Make sure it loads up the mafia wars support page on zyngas website.

• Paste http://bit.ly/ZyngaSupportChat into the address bar and hit enter.

• Enter your information and start your chat session!

Their support is open a lot more than they lead on. If you don't get the option to enter your info and it tells you none of our agents are abailable then they are legitimately unavailable. But you will almost never see that!
