New Boss Fight: Jimmy Lechon!

Go to your bosses page and start the fight from the link in the banner or through the bosses tab in mafia wars..
 Along with the new boss come some new rewards! One being the most powerful item released so far! The Death Card!
I can't wait to get my hands on this one!
 And the combos seem to have remained the same, as they do for the other bosses as well..

    Is it fairly consistent that the top 5 or so players when the bost are defeated get the best items?
