Limited Time Brazil "Loot" Item!

For a limited time only there is an armor item available in Brazil's City Store! I don't see how it's "loot" but for most up and comers in the game its actually not a bad item to buy! So if it helps you go buy it! Or if you just want want for the hell of it then there ya go, collect your item!
