Once again they have changed up the specialty item you can purchase from your NY properties. It's out of the chop shop and back to the weapons depot this time with the Pay Back! It's been there once before but it has been a while. It's a decent weapon and should improve your stats a bit. Of course it requires some specialty parts to collect it and it's back to the ammunition. You need 10 to make the first one and 5 for each one there after. And thankfully there's no limit on these the ammunition this time. So start sending and collecting and soon you'll be getting some Pay Back!
