For some reason on the missions that you need to "acquire" 20 sets of blackmail photos, just send out as many as you need from your own inventory and it triggers it complete! It's worked for me each time!! Note: Not free gifts!!! Send them from your own inventory (Inventory, Gifting, pick Blackmail Photos, Name to send to, and the amount)
If your worried about needing them, just send them to somebody you know will send them back!
Now get to it and finish those missions!
The same glitch has been around for a bit. It worked on the Bangkok Missions for Satellite Phones.
